I primarily practice from a narrative and solutions focused therapy perspective. I take a collaborative approach with clients and believe they are the experts of their own stories. I strive to create a safe and non-judgemental space that empowers clients to create the change they wish to see. I am also trained in Gottman Couples Therapy (Levels 1 and 2), Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Theraplay Level 1.
